To make Officers (Duty Generals) more effective, Evony offers exclusive Officer Equipment and Officer Skill Books tailored to different officers. Equipping the right gear and using the appropriate skill books significantly boosts their buffs.
Crafting Officer Equipment requires the matching equipment scroll (blueprint) along with specific materials. Officer Skill Books are available in four tiers, each providing different levels of enhancement.
This guide explains how to obtain Officer Equipment Scrolls, where to find Level 7 materials, and how to acquire Officer Skill Books.
How to Obtain Officer Equipment?
To forge Officer Equipment, you need the corresponding Officer Equipment scroll and a sufficient amount of the specified Lv7 materials.

Officer equipment scroll chests in Evony are divided into 3 types: Stratagems, Military, and Interior. Open the chests to select scrolls you like.

- Daedalus' Labyrinth
Officer Equipment Scroll Chest (Military) and Officer Equipment Scroll Chest (Interior) are both in the event prize pool.
First, you need to purchase the Labyrinth Rare or Epic Package to get the Trailblazing Orb.
Then, insert the Trailblazing Orb to uncover treasures, and you will have a chance of obtaining the Daedalus Stone.
Each Daedalus Stone you acquire will randomly unlock a hidden treasure.
There are a total of 6 hidden treasures:

If you use 49 Trailblazing Orbs in a row without obtaining a Daedalus Stone, you are guaranteed to get one on the 50th attempt. If obtained earlier, the counter resets.

- The Wheel of Time Event
Consume the "Golden Clock" to spin the wheel to receive "Ashen Time". Then, exchange Ashen Times for items on the redemption page, including certain officer equipment scrolls.
The scrolls available during each event period may vary.
The specific scroll type available during each event is uncertain (unpredictable).
The Paths to Acquire Lv7 Materials:
- Lv7 Material Optional Chest
Open one Lv7 Material Optional Chest, and you can select only one Lv7 Material.
1.1 Crafting Master event
During the event, you can craft equipment to gain scores and receive ranking rewards, including the Lv7 Material Optional Chest.
Evony will rank players based on their scores, and the top 50 players will receive a Lv7 Material Optional Chest. The higher the ranking, the more chests you can obtain. The 1st-place player will receive 20 chests, while players ranked 41st to 50th will only receive 1 chest each.
Then, you can also use your scores to redeem the chest. Every 10 scores can be exchanged for 1 chest. During the event, you can totally redeem it 10 times.
1.2 Giant's Wisdom Temple
After clearing the Lv2 temple room, you can claim a reward box. Opening it gives you a chance to obtain the following items:

Use Giant's Pickaxes to break floor tiles to uncover hidden Wisdom Crystals. You can clear the level and claim the reward box when you find all the crystals at this level.
You can get the Giant's Pickaxe through the following paths：
Defeat monsters - receive up to 10 per day
Purchase packages - Luxury Golden Treasure (10 pickaxes) & Crimson Treasure (100 pickaxes)
1.3 Alliance Boss
Use 6 Silver Lionheart Badges to redeem 1 Lv7 Material Optional Chest. You can redeem up to 5 times during each event period.
The Silver Lionheart Badge can be earned by attacking your alliance boss.
- Synthesize Using Low-level Materials
Lv5 materials are in the Battlefield Shop, Material Bag (Silk Road), Persia King's Treasure, and Pharaoh's Treasure.
Lv4 materials are in the Purple Material Chest and Large Material Chest.
Lv3 materials are in the Blue Material Chest, Intermediate Material Chest, and Large Material Chest.
Lv2 materials are in the Green Material Chest, Intermediate Material Chest, and Small Material Chest.
Lv1 materials are in the White Material Chest and Small Material Chest.
